The movers were prompt, personable, and took great care not to scuff up the hardwood floors or damage my piano. Great customer service!

First of all the truck they sent was too small, even though I had given them a list of all items. Second, they had no gps and got lost going to the new house for abt half an hour and lost going back for the second load. They did not move the shelves with the bookcases, or the drawer with the desk. They forget to replace the doors between trips so my husband and I were stuck at seperate houses and could move nothing on our own. One of the men was small. They estimated 3.5 hours. It took close to 7. They didnt even get everything put back together but I was fed up and sent them away. The only good is they charged one hour less for issues.

Would not recommend for piano moving - one of the movers did not seem prepared nor able. Otherwise I'm sure they would be fine as movers for other objects.

I needed to move a refrigerator from Costco to home as Costco does not do delivery. Easy Moves were very helpful. They moved the refrigerator and also helped it install and hall away the old one. They made the experience very easy. Thank you.
