Steve was great to work with. I don’t think it was even 5 minutes when I received his call responding to my ServiceMagic inquiry. I emailed him pictures of the carpets I needed stretched, and he responded immediately with a very reasonable estimate. From the moment Steve arrived, he made sure we were aware of what was he was going to do before he started, and walked us through everything when he was done. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him.

They came out to stretch and re-lay our carpet. They did a pretty good job except for a very slight, almost unnnoticed raise in the carpet. Pretty minor though. Otherwise great job!

They were able to quiet one squeek but non on the stairs. The fix to seam together a piece of carpet did not end up looking any better than what it did before. Value for the money was not there,

Steve was amazing...he did the job efficiently and arrived on time. We would definitely us him again when we get ready to replace our flooring. The price was extremely fair and in line with what he quoted us. I wish we had found Eastside Carpets sooner!

The service was fine. They came on time and did all the areas of our carpet we needed to have stretched. The carpet looks great now! The price was fair enough.
