They quickly responded to my request & came out to survey the problem. Representative was very helpful, and quickly pointed out to me the point of entry of the bird problem we were having in our attic. I am very pleased with their service.

Being between jobs, makes not only cost a factor but how the job is going to be done, and the co.'s service & follow up. Both Heidi & AJ provided me with an indeepth understanding of how and why they reccommended (and did) the use of the liquid spray to destroy the termints and ants at hand, without any buldozing high anexty sales pitches. In fact they both welcomed any questions that arose while they where here...and explained to me in a down to earth maner their answer.

They showed up when they were asked to. They were always polite both on the phone and in person. They kept coming back to reset the traps until the raccoon was caught.
