The guys from East West were courteous and professional.  They completed the job (install 2 ceiling fans and a wall sconce) on time and within the quoted budget.  They were at my home for several hours.  I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

Mr. Dykstra brought a bathroom heater and installed it into an opening where one had been previously.  He left the panel off my breaker-box, which is difficult to re-install. He opened the main electrical service housing and the door broke off.  He said nothing about these things and I discovered them after he left.  He did not mount the heater flush to the wall -- he noted this -- saying I would have to straighten it when I filled in the opening into the wall (he had noted he would not do the filling in of the wall spaces to the outside of the heater "can" opening.  He charges 2 hours labor when he was here less than an hour.  He did say this would be the case though he could, perhaps, "cut me a deal".  He provided no bill because he had no blanks.  He said he would send one and he has yet to do that.  He was pleasant.  I would not hire him again.
