Project: Repair Window Frames
I received an incomplete job. The people are very friendly, but the job was not completed. I have been told a number of times that they were coming back, however, it has been 5 weeks and the job is still not finished. I'm not a happy customer!

Project: Hire a Handyman
Very poor communicator - mumbler - tape almost unintelligible. But he called the Hospital Bed distributor to understand the assembly job better, and when we got a schedule time from him, showed up w/partner, disassembled old bed and stored in garage, and assembled new hospital bed in total of 55 minutes, for agreed-upon price of $150.
