Paul was very knowlegable to answer all my questions and concerns. He came on time to do the ants/spider treatment for my house and the best thing is it worked and solved our annoying problem. His flat rates work best for us because our house has lots of space. We requested a year round treatment schedule so we don't have to run out and call him again for the subsequent treatments if the ants suddently come back again.

Paul of Bowlen Pest Control was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived exactly on time, without the dreaded 2-4 hour service window. No termite issues were found, however, they did discover a potential fungus problem. Solutions were provided to halt the progress of the issue.

Paul called me right away, and was available immediately to help out (although I didn't have time myself til the next day). I was pleased that he was willing to do a one-time spray as opposed to trying to get me into a contract. He was very honest - he saw that our family was very anti-chemical, and that we had kids and pets, and discussed with me at length the best way to get rid of the ants while still keeping the toxins away from my family. He also told me that the ants would be gone by the weekend, and indeed, they were. He has a 60 day guarantee too. Service was $105 which I thought was reasonable given me not wanting a contract.
