They took the time to make sure what we wanted was what we got. Installation was done well. Installers did a good job of adjusting to problems in structure of our house not being "square".

Joe gave us a hard sell and told us that the price would change the next day. They did a great job, but we paid them before the project was finished and they didnt finish the job for several months. The instalattion sub contractors were top notch, but again the job was left unfinished for a long time.

Excellent salesmanship - thoroughly explained all features and bebefits after really LISTENING to our needs and wants and budget. Definitely a pleasurable experience working with Mike Storione. Follow up technician who came to measure was very pleasant and exacting. Weare really looking forward to our new windows and have every confidence that a very professional installation willtake place.

They worked with us as we changed our minds from the typical replacement window to the Sunrise slim line replacement window. They measured twice and the installers were courteous, clean and efficient. They worked diligently to make new windows and a door fit into a 60+ year old house that has settled and is no longer square. I would use them again.

Expensive, but good work, good quality and most important, good follow up. they are easy to stay in touch with, and sent warranties etc right after the job was complete
