Professionally run customer services but not quite professionally executed work. Do not finish work in timely manner as discussed. Do not have consistent crew. may get different persons on different days. ordinary business nothing special, outstanding.

Had extra ideas on tile pattern. Very clean and neat during the construction process. Workers were wonderfully, very courteous Thinking about doing additional counter top work.

I found Hector to be very helpful in planning my bathroom remodel. He was punctual, pleasant and his price was, I felt, reasonable. The workers he sent were all excellent. I thought the tile setter, although very young was extremely competent and he and his brother were very hard workers, I was very pleased with the results and would definitely recomment Bay Works Tile. We found the service to be top ten, the pricre was just right There staff to all the time we needed to pick out the right stone, it took about two hours there was know rush. The crew was on time and very neat, I would tell any one to use Bay works.

Hector is a great guy to work his. He is patient and helpful, and offers sounds ideas. My counter tops are perfect, and just walking into my kitchen makes me a very happy person. Hector's crew did a great job, and left the area clean after they were done. He is very quick to answer emails, and I had a ton of questions he patiently answered on a regular basis! I would recommend Bay Tiles in a minute!

Excellent customer service, professionalism, responsiveness and anything else that comes with it. We were looking for a very unique stone for a kitchen countertop and Hector helped us look throughout the bay area to locate. The countertop was installed perfectly and he was very gracious with us throughout the entire process. We will be exclusively using him here on out for any stone or tile work.
