there was a small problem with weather, but when i got home, there was my driveway add-on! 4 guys, dirt work and almost 2 yards of concrete all done BY HAND! Amazing! Thank you, Zack (and the 4 guys!)

great job, fast service, I thought it was a little high on price

The end product (ceramic and natural tile) looked great. The process to get there had many bumps. The timeline was grossly underestimated, and many things fell through the cracks from 1st estimate to project date. Though there were downsides, they were quickly fixed.

We had about 400sf of solid oak plank flooring installed with a hand scraped finish. The floors turned out amazing! All of the workers were nice, clean, and professional. We will definitely call them back when it's time to do our tile floors and highly recommend them to others.

Zach was wonderful to deal with, he responded promptly, assessed and addressed my needs, and handled the job professionally and quickly. I will definitelt use him for future work! I highly recommend him~!

The work was excellent.

The installer was on his cell phone all of the time. The rooms look good with the exception of some misalligned tiles. (corners don't match up properly, and the grout lines are off a little) There are a few hollow tiles. We had some cracked tiled that were supposed to be replaced that were previously installed and only had 9 good ones that matched. Theinstaller did not cut the grout out all the way so he cut down the tiles to make them fit.... now they are too small and if grouted the lines would go from 1/4" to 3/4".... now I can't find tiles to replace what he did and it is the entry of my home. I will not allow this hack back into my home.

The kitchen area you spoke of the tiles were not the exact same size and would not work. We got the two bedrooms as close as we could. The rooms were not square at all when the home was orginally built. The walls were out of square with each other and we told the homeowner there were two large dips in the slab and that we would have to build up those areas. We offered to come back and fix the hollow sound but she would not let us. We would have been happy to make it right what ever that took but we were not allowed the opportunity.
