Excellent customer service! Eagle Shield came out to estimate on Saturday and insulated my attic the next day on Sunday. Thanks for making our home warm again!

The project was top notch. They showed up when they said they would and took the time to move my storage at no additional cost. These nights have been cold but thanks to eagle shield we are staying warm.

Installers were prompt, courteous, very considerate of the home and exceptionally clean. They took time to explain features of the thermostat and furnace that would make them run more efficientlynow that there was appropriate insulation. I was extremely pleased with their work and attitude. I recommend them highly.

Garrett came by this morning and was very informative and friendly. His presentation was detailed but not overwhelming. We both liked not only the product but the philosophy of the company as well. Our project is scheduled for three days from now (as opposed to 2-3 weeks quoted by another contractor) and we're looking forward to the immediate comfort the insulation will provide.

Very professional presentation of his product and service. Very knowledgeable on the technical, scientific advantages of his and other methods, and very pleasant to deal with. One of my tenants has already thanked me because the difference in warmth has been so significant.

I can't really tell about the value of the insulation that they added, until the weather gets really cold in December, or much hotter in late May or June. As for now, it is comfortable, but the extreme weather will tell us more. The recommendations that they made, for adding insulation, were valid, in our case, so I appreciated their expertise.

The original estimate included an area that we thought would be impossible to reach but were assured that their installer would cover the area. At installation the installer could not reach the area in question.Eagle Shield adjusted their price to compensate for the area not covered. When I have attempted to reach them to give referrals, my calls are not returned and their e-mail can not be received. Even with these few challenges, we are already experiencing a difference to our interior temperatures and know that this winter we will really feel the difference.
