Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
These guys were awesome!! If you need foundation work, call them first. I have a raised foundation and it was off by 3 in. in some area's. I went with this company because they do not use contractors or sub-contractors. Everything is done by the company! I had one window break and they called me immediately about it, cleaned it up and got the plywood to cover the opening. When they gave me the quote I didn't quite have the money. I called them apprx 10 mos later to give the go ahead with the work. By that time the prices had gone up ALOT by 10K. But they honered the 1st quote because it was under a year old. And a good warranty!!

The local contact was very helpful and empathetic. It was a major ordeal, but they were willing to work with me, and they managed to turn a 2-3 day job into a one day job. The crew came to my house on time, and did not waste any time getting to work. They inserted foam inside the house along the exterior walls of the living room and 2 bedrooms, as well as a small spot in the dining room. They also inserted foam at one corner of my garage from the exterior of the home. They were very courteous and efficient and left the work areas clean. I recommended them to my brother in NV and they also did a good job for him.

I was looking at tearing out a concrete deck around my pool that was also part of the coping for the pool. This was due to the ground compaction or lack there of. The deck sank about 4 " in 5 feet. Eagle lift was able to stabilize the ground and lift the deck without any tear out. I have 7 holes 5/8" in diameter that were refilled to match the existing concrete as near as possible. The process was quick under 4 hours. It was extremely impressive to watch. There is a 10 year guarentee. Love it so far.

Project: Raise a Concrete Foundation
Their initial price was really high and I declined. But, when they were left with a crew stuck in my area due to a cancelled job, they were really willing to negotiate.
The guys were good and did a good job. I'm really happy I had my slab lifted.

EagleLift is good at what they do and I do not believe there is anyone else out there doing foundation lifts in the same manner. They know what they are doing and do it well. My home went from a drop of 4 inches to less than 1/2 inch on one side of the home. They also made sure all my needs and concerns were met and followed up with me until I was satisfied with the work. Relax and let Eaglelift fix what may seem like a big problem and end up with a job that was so simple to complete with the right knowledge and equipment. Thanks again.
Comment from EagleLIFT, Inc.
Client refers to a plumbing problem,(which resulted from our operations and is a natural occurrence when we successfully lift a foundation 3"),which is explicitly excluded in our contract of which he approved and signed. In Goodwill, WE paid an expert Plumber to remedy his issue at our expense and deducted the cost from his quoted price. Ratings like these should be qualified before accepted.
