Andrey and his partner arrived at our home precisely on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They minimized mess where it was possible, and it was obvious they were knowlegable about their work. They asked questions when it was necessary to clarify a situation(e.g. when arriving at an odd portion of the ceiling they provided us with two options to choose and explained how each would potentially look) but were busy communicating with each other at other times. My husband and I actually enjoyed watching them because they looked like to athletes who had played together many times and were anticipating each others moves. We experienced them both as professional and personable. We have plans to hire them again for other trim work in the future. I would highly recommend them to others. As I recall the phone call to Eagle was actually different from the two other companies we called. From that initial contact it was clear they understood trim work and asked the appropriate questions. We are very pleased with the outcome. They did the entire job in three hours. It was amazing.
