My issue with them was the scheduling and faulty door opener. The first time the scheduled to come out they never showed up and didn't call. I was patient and waited the entire day until 6pm. I also called to ask if they were coming several times and everytime I called they said they'd be there in 1-2hours. Ended up rescheduling for a later date. The guy that came was really nice and did a good job. Then a month later one of the garage door openers didn't work. Called Eagle Door to schedule them to come look. Waited all day no call no show by the time it was 2pm. Repeat experience. I had to deal with manuf. to get new unit. It was a PAIN!
