Very eager to please. Younger worker not as good at completely finishing a task. Dusting could be better. but floors look great.

I received a call the morning of the next business day. That person was knowledgeable as well as personal. I was able to schedule a visit for an estimate within 1 day. Very professional. I was even more impressed with Eagle Cleaners after they were finished with my house!

The service started last week for 2 Bathrooms, kitchen, LR, and DR. After they left, my kitchen floor was still dirty and I had to pick up the crumbs left behind. The 1st bathroom still had a ring around the toilet and the 2nd bath sick was still dirty.

Wayne was very friendly during the initial estimate. The cleaning was great to come home to. Very thorough. I would have given 5 stars but when I came home, every light in the house was on, she left 2 dustmops, and the basement bathroom fan was left on and she wasn't even cleaning the basement. But overall the cleaning was GREAT!

Wayne the owner is very nice. He took the time to come out to see my home and what I wanted done. The three women that came to clean my home though is another story. They were all nice enough, but apparently are not detail oriented, which is what I expect from a cleaning service. They did not dust, they used a swiffer. They did not clean my mirrors except the ones in the bathrooms. The full length mirror in my bedroom was not touched. This is the door to my closet and had my finger prints on it. In my sunroom, she did not do all the surfaces with windex, 6 out of 7. I expected all 7 to be done. They did not scrub the kitchen sink,
