Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
I have used their snow removal service for the past two seasons. They are very efficient, timely, and reliable. The do an excellent job clearing the entire driveway and all sidewalks. Excellent service provider.

Didn't show up the 1 st time. Didn't respond to the phone calls their after. Decided to come one fine day without calling. Cleared only 80% of the driveway and i guess decided to leave.

Project: Trim Trees
Trees look good. Was told that they preferred to remove fence instead of using gated entrance in back and it would be put back as found. Instead fence rides below railing now and gate is now crooked. Siding on house was scratched. Wood chips everywhere, including street, in which I had to sweep up b/c neighbor complained it damaged his tires. Like I said trees look good but no respect for property. My neighbors did say they worked hard but amazed about the clean up. Will find someone else for the other two properties. Also did email Don about mess but received no response, which I expected.
