Israel and his associates worked hard to get the job completed in three days. Note that most of the house was spray painted, with brush used for edges, corners and difficult angles.

EZ Contracting was one of the lower bids on my project. I knew going with a lower priced contractor carried some risk of quality and professionalism, and accepted this fact. Israel and his team started off strong - completing the prep work on my house before painting. It went downhill from there. Israel did not remember the paint scheme for my house, bought the wrong type of replacement columns for the porch. He left the wood and old columns in my lawn, and debris on my roof. The paint job looiks okay from the street, but up close the finish work is average.

Project: Repair Drywall
Israel was very responsive and made several suggestions on how to best make the repair. His team was professional, considerate enough to seal the room so dust didn't get everywhere, and cleaned up every scrap of mess. Very pleased with the work and the crew. Not sure about the price, though, since EZ Contracting was the only contractor to contact me, so didn't have any other estimates to compare to.

EZ is a contractor I would not hesitate recommending to anyone that need their expertise. They are very thorough and make a point in cleaning up any after themselves. EZ personnel also takes time to make minor repairs when it enhances the work they were contracted to do. Outstanding contractors.

great job! showed up when they said they would. Completed the job as promised. Great at cleaning up after the project. Worked all day with minimal lunch break. I contracted to have framing, drywall, texture, and tile on bathroom addition. Would certainly contract them again!

He does a really good job. But his interest level in getting the project done became very low once he was paid. Pay him when the job is done or the customer service will go downhill.

We decided to hire Mr. Veliz, because he was honest and straight foward individual. He itemized all the materials need it for the project and gave us two quotes one with parts and labor and another one just labor. For convenience I picked the one with parts and labor, unfortunately he under quote us and I ended up buying extra materials and the paint need it for the project...All extra expenses made my budget spin out of control. Over all it was a good experience and the job turn out to be great....I hightly recommend the three worker(Mauro, Eduardo and Carlos)they did an excellent job....

Israel is a hardworker and very respectful. The job took a little bit longer than expected but I was very happy with the results. Israel goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He cleaned up as promised after the job was done, he even put up new curtain rods for me. Israel is trustworthy, I was comfortable leaving him while I ran errands. He took time to explain certain procedures and kept the communication going throughout the week. There were no surprises with the prices/estimates. I will hire him again no doubt.
