Project: Install a New Concrete Foundation
I needed a foundation poured for an addition in West Chester. EZ delivered big time in spite of bad weather and difficult delivery conditions (my yard was a mud pit). Rodney powered through the difficulties and even followed up in person to clean up a small overflow. Excellent customer service and communication — they answer the phone every time! Thank you EZ. Will definitely hire you again.

We were quite impressed with everyone from EZ, as well as their work ethic, skills, and attention to detail. Though it took a little longer than expected to wrap it up, ultimately we were VERY pleased with our choice of contractor, and would gladly engage their services again.

They were very professional. Their price came in right where we were looking. The workers were very knowledgeable and experienced in their work. We would diffenately recommend them to anyone and we will use them again for other jobs we may need.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
THe team completed the work in a professional manner. They were able to save me money by not having to replace some stucco that we initally thought would have to be replaced. My only complaint is that several months later, I have a similar leak to the one that they fixed. While certainly not thier fault, it would have been nice if they could have detected that damage when they did the work.

Project: Build an Addition
As an owner-build GC, I hired EZ to build a 2000 square feet single family house from scratch plus demolition old one. They did a wonderful job (demolition, concrete foundation, framing, porch, deck, roofing, siding) with an affordable price. They finished their part within short time. The boss ED is very nice and considerate. Now I have moved into the new house for several months. I hired contractors and contractors, but only recommed three to others. EZ is one of them. If they treat you like me, you will have smile in the end instead of regret.
