Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
I was looking to install a bamboo floor in our master bedroom and contacted Eric at E.W. Olson Homes. I was impressed with Eric's professionalism and the information he provided me on selecting the correct materials for the floor. He indicated that his bid would most likely be very competitive, but probably not the cheapest as he is very focused on quality. I liked his candor and was very pleasantly surprised when his bid was 40% less than the other bid I received from another Service Magic recommendation. Eric told me that the project would take one day. True to his word, it completed the same day and it turned out beautifully.

I received bids from 3 separate contractors-Eric was on time, professional, knowledgable. All of our interactions were of the same calibar. The bathroom remodels were not only on time, but beautifully crafted, and without issue. I have since re-hired Eric and his team for several more remodel projects. I highly recommend E. W. Olson Homes!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Didn't use for the bathroom project (saving to do for next year) however we did choose E.W. Olson to do a porch and screen room that would fit the era (1920s) of our house, the feel of our neighborhood (old neighborhood on National Historic Register and) with high expectations for quality of materials, for end-product and service and within a definite budget. We've owned 5 houses and have had quite a number of contractors with very mixed results. We ended up with exactly what we wanted (actually better), in budget, on time and had the opportunity to work with the most professional contractor possible. We will use Eric Olson and team again!
