Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Everdry returned to the house a number of time to fix the issues that were identified as problem from the initial work. At this point the basement is dry and we should soon be able to work to make it a nice place to live/work. We are pleased with the attention we received from Everdry to make things right.

Had problems with the plans as they were drawn up and problems with the project manager's supervisor due to the bad plans. Final results, OK ? Not much rain since completion.

From Aaron who was my sales rep to Frank who was Team leader it was a good experience. They were professional and easy to talk to. The guys that did the work with Frank were friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Keep up the good work...CY

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Most everything was done well. Wasn't happy with the first tech that didn't have the right parts. He was supposed to install the air breathe system in the basement. He said he would go to his truck and re-schedule and then left. We had the job completed by the second tech that did all of the digging and concrete work. I have noticed some mold still on the beams. The salesman Larry said they woudl treat all of the mold spores in the basment. I will have to call them back I guess.

The sales staff was professional and thorough. The work team was courteous and cleaned up each evening. This is the high end approach to waterproofing that addresses all possible issues. It also comes with a higher price tag.
