Project: Hire a Handyman
these guys work fast, are tidy, and meet their commitments to schedule and price. As an Architect, I'm pretty fussy about details, and they had no problem meeting my expectations.

Project: Wood Fence - Repair
Viktor did a wondeful job on 2 projects: 1) Bracing an old fence and 2) building a new fence. Both projects were completed on time and the resuls were exactly as I requested at the reaonable price he quoted me. I will recommend him to my friends.

Project: Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Viktor of EU painting did a good job painting my living room, entry way and master bedroom. He was prompt, polite, & did the best he could to finish the job in a short time frame. I decided to have him complete the work because his prices are very competitive and in the end I'm glad I did. In some cases, the work did lack attention to detail which is why I couldn't give him the highest rating. He did however come back and do the necessary touch ups, which I brought to his attention. There are still some paint bubbles and cracking/chipping that I he needs to come repair, but I'm confident he'll return because of his overall reliability.

Project: Doors - Repair
Although I ended up having the installer from the door company where I am buying the door do this work, I still am impressed by the politeness, professionalism, and knowledge of construction, etc. shown by Viktor. He indicates a very reasonable hourly rate for his type of work and he even claims to have liability insurance on the work he does so I will plan on calling him to take care of some other handyman type work sometime in the near future!
