Project: Mount TV on Wall
The agent who answered the phone assured me the project could be done that day, but when the technician called to schedule the service, he was not available for another 2 days. However, he was very efficient and did a great job. Our only complaint is that the charge seemed too high.

Project: Universal Remote Control Consolidation & Programming
ETC came the very next morning. The remote was determined to be broken and it was replaced at once on the first visit. I have worked with others in this field and ETC was the very best one. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable amount. I would definitely recommend them.
