I would like to express my appreciation to Expert Service and Solutions (ESS) for their unusual effort and work ethic which directly lead to superior results in my carpets. I had recently had my carpets cleaned by another company using a dry chemical method and was very disappointed with the results as there was almost no improvement. I had even started shopping for new carpet! Not wishing to waste any more money, with some trepidation I decided to try cleaning it again. I called ESS and spoke to Jesse. In a matter of days he quickly dispatched the “Dynamic Duo” , Eugene (Gene) and Richard. My observation was not only were these 2 men friendly, competent and professional, they truly are internally motivated to conquer the challenge. I was impressed with their total dedication and determination as they focused meticulously on every area of concern. They were willing to go over areas requiring special attention over and over again. I could see that this time I had the right company. Additionally, they even offered to do more! Gene and Richard totally exceeded my expectations as they expertly cleaned and stretched my carpets. If you are looking for a company that will tackle your carpets as if they were their own, this is the team to call. Thank you for going above the call of duty and knowing your business. I highly recommend Expert Service and Solutions to anyone who needs cleaning and stretching services.

The guy that stretched my carpet was on time and fishished quickly. Then we had to wait for over an hour for the guy with the van to come and clean my carpet. That was a little annoying but it turned out great!

Jesse contacted me the day I submitted the request, and was very professional and courteous. He did a wonderful job for a very reasonable cost. I would reccomend ESS to anyone with a tough cleaning job to be done.
