I met Pat from ERI over the phone threw service magic and he did a great job and had my electric going in no time.. Very reasonable and did every thing he said he would do.. I highly recommend him..

Very personable....took time to do things right, dealt with bad wiring well and explained what they were doing. Very fair price for time spent. Always returned phone calls!!! (that's a big plus for me-hate to be ignored)

Called and said he would be about an hour late. He actually arrived 2.5 hours late. Was given exact directions three times and still had problems finding the house. I felt like I was overcharged for the job;also.

"Overcharged" trip charge is 79.95 alone for first 1/2 hour 35.00 an hour after that.I was late and yes I did get turned around this was a campground not a residential area. I cover over 400 square miles of area and I guess I should do like most other companies either say am or pm. With a GFI weather proof plug and box installed in a 40 year old trailer with aluminum wiring I think the price was fair. He was quoted over the phone between 100.00 and 140.00 dollars. The price was 120.00 so was within what I quoted and did not expect aluminum wire which takes a little longer and special inhibitors as well.

Pat was very down to earth and answered all of my questions. He installed my exhaust fan and I am very pleased. I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know who needs electrical work done and I have a few projects I will definately have him do.
