He was at the home in the time he said he would be. That is most important. Then he was quick in his analysis and fixed the problem in no time. I as so glad I did not have to have my day "planned" buy him, but instead work around his schedule.

I rated the quality as a 4 only because when he replaced a ceiling tile, he ripped a small chunk out of it and didn't inform us. There was a power source right above the ceiling tile, so I could see how it happened, however and luckily, we had an extra ceiling tile and I was able to put the new ceiling tile in fine without breaking any sides off. The actual electrical work was done fast, excellent, and clean.
