Envirocheck is a leading provider of environmental consulting and laboratory analytical services specializing in microbial (mold), asbestos, lead, allergens and IAQ investigations. We offer our clients a highly trained staff with over 60 years of combined environmental experience and an in-house laboratory (AIHA Accredited in Fungal Analysis) that provides responsive and cost-effective research and analysis. We provide residential and commercial and residential mold investigations for homeowners, insurance, property management, law, and real estate companies. Since 1998, Envirocheck is a leader in the field performing over 10,000 of mold investigations nationwide. Our consultants are qualified environmental professionals with many years of microbial investigative field experience and certifications by the AmIAQ (CMC) and IAQA (CIE), as well as IICRC (WRT). Every mold investigative reports details property history, occupant health considerations, visual observations (supported with digital photos and floor plans), interpreted laboratory results and, if needed, a detailed recommended scope of work for remediation, which adheres to both the NYC DOH guidelines and the IICRC S520 standard.   Envirocheck believes that open communication, cooperation and teamwork are key elements to resolving environmental problems.
