The LLC formation was orgainized in 2011 by two general contractors, each with over 15 years of experience. E & M Property Services is a uniquely diverse company comprised of very experienced, highly skilled individuals. All of our craftsmen, tradesmen, technicians and management staff have worked in their field of expertise for at least 10 years, and many for over 20 years. We are fully insured and carry all the currently required certifications and licenses to perform work in the various services we offer.
