Edward was awesome. I am a first time home buyer and and i felt that his inspection was very thorough as was his detailed report. He was very patient and willing to explain all the things I didn't really understand and answered all of my questions. Edward was very professional and not afraid to get dirty or get in all the tight and weird spaces. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great value for a quality inspection.

This was our first home inspection and it was a complex property - a 115 year-old home that's also a business with an apartment upstairs. Ed did a wonderful job walking us through all necessary and suggested repairs and concerns. As a professional Fireman, he was also excellent at sharing knowledge of codes pertaining to businesses and landlords. He was competent, thorough, and courteous. He arrived early and charged an extremely fair price (I actually had to have him repeat it several times over the phone because I kept thinking it was too good to be true!). We highly recommend EM Property Inspection.

Ed was extremely thorough in his inspection. Further he was patient in explaining all of the observations that he had made to me, someone who is not familiar with the intricate details of foundation, plumbing, heating, etc. I appreciated the time he took to review the entire property in detail and disclosing anything and everything that he noted as an existing or potential future concern. His report was provided timely and was comprehensive. Thanks Ed!

Ed was courteous, accommodating, and worked tirelessly and patiently to help resolve an issue we were having with the house. His report was thorough and professional. His follow-up phone call was just as thorough. We have been waiting for a second follow-up call (which he offered and advised) but have not heard back from him, even though it's been more than two weeks. We're hoping he calls soon, as promised.
