Our Water heater sprung leaks late afternoon. Eric & Mark arrived promptly the next morning. I asked f/a energy efficient unit & got a State water heater(?/non-brand; no choice) w/lower therm usage but higher est. cost/yr. 6y unit warranty. 1yr install warranty. They did a great job on install and cleanup. I would have liked a cost breakout (ie., unit price & labor cost) but it was lumped together. Eric only takes checks, so it was a big hit on cash flow @ $835. I would trust him to do very good and timely work on other projects.

Showed up on time. I paid him, but he had to come back to finish as there was a couple of adjustments that needed to be made. I was worried, since I had already paid him that it would take forever to get him back out, but he came as soon as possible and kept me informed of his time line for the return.

Returned my call immediately...came to my home 3 hrs later...on a Friday afternoon!.. fixed the leak and left everything clean and in working order. I would highly recommend EM Plumbing and I'll use them again.
