Project: Install a Generator
Contractor was very knowledgable about generator options and spent a lot of time with me helping me understand what would work best. The unit has had to turn on twice recently from power outages and has worked flawlessly. Very high quality work & recommended.

The over all job quality was OK. But they are 1.5 hours late. The appointment was 8:00 am, but they showed up at 9:30 am. Just for that, I can not give them a better rate.

Project: Install a Bath Exhaust Fan
Very satisfied with service and quality of the workmanship. Price given for the job was a flat charge. Based on the amount of time it took to do the job, the calculated hourly rate seemed a little high compared to the hourly rate charged by my former electrical contractor. On the other hand, we knew the cost before the project started and did not have to deal with any "surprises" when they wrote up the invoice.

Project: Install a Ceiling Fan
I am more then satisfied. Will called and told me he'd be here in 30 minutes. He was neat and well skilled in his trade as a electrician. Made two holes in ceiling to run electrical wire and patched up other hole when done. Installed paddle fan. He cleaned up after the job, remove his dropped cloth and vacuum.

I had EM Electrical install a ceiling fan in a living room that had no access from above. Will showed up on time for the estimate and the job. He completed the work quickly and kept his work area clean. The Job required 3 small holes to snake wires across the ceiling which they plugged and spackled afterwards. Fast timely service, fair prices and courteous employees = repeat business...I wish other contractors were like this!!

I spoke with Alan Martino and he shared information concerning the GFI switch which I was able to find.Once reset, power was restored to the outlet. This saved me the cost of a visit. This has also made me a client going forward with E.M. Electrical Contractors. After discussing the help Alan provided with my wife, we agreed that we would have E. M. Electrical Contractors do the electrical upgrades we have planned for this spring. In short, E.M. Electrical was very professional and fair. It is clear that they put their customers first.
