When merry maids didn't show up on time I called em cleaning they showed up early and did a great job!!! Haven't seen my house this clean since we built it! I have already sent their info to family and friends!!!

I scheduled for a deep/move out cleaning and it was not even close. The house smelled clean and it appeared somewhat clean on the surface but it was nowhere near a deep clean. I spoke to the cleaners personally and requested a deep clean including the baseboards,windows, and a good wipe down of the walls. Needless to say none of the fans, baseboards, light fixtures, walls, etc. were cleaned. I will never use them again. If I hear of anyone using their services I will tell them to cancel and find someone else.

I am sincerely sorry that you were not pleased with your deep clean, but i specifically told you i did not feel comfortable touching things without you being there, and i told you that i would come back and finish when you called me.I called several times after that date so i could return and finish the job, and to fix the problem with the check. Extremely friendly and professional. As busy working mom of a 2 year old, I was very pleased to come home to a fresh smelling and clean home and finished laundry. I finally had time to play with my daughter vs. doing chores! Thanks ladies!

They are very professional and was on time. They made moving less stressful since I had a pregnant wife and a deadline to work with.

Did not dust as well as I would have liked.

Far from "Top to Bottom." I paid 140 for the special normally 200.They were there 3 hours and I had to have them go over a few things but I just go to the point of realization that I should have just done it myself.The trash was taken out in 1 bathroom and they put it in my own kitchen trash bin.They wiped AROUND all of my plugged in countertop appliances,all of the light switchplates were dirty,nothing was wiped down like the stove n fridge,nothing was vacuumed behind,the showers weren't scrubbed down and sliding doors had cleaner film left behind,such a shame.$24 a person per hour..won't ever go with this company again.
