Mr Bob Carlucci came to my home on time, he did his job, and I paid him his fee IN FULL, as soon as he was finished. BUT, I had to call him 4 times asking for the inspection report!!!!!!!! I finally received it a week later.

Bob is professional and very responsive to his client's requests. He spent a lot of time going through our home to perform a thorough testing. He is approachable and helped us with answers to a lot of questions we had on lead and lead remediation.
