I hired Mr. Cook with the need to replace an inlet connection in my kitchen.  After my initial discussion however, I decided to have him replace all of the original inlet line connections (junk) on my home's sinks and toilets.  The following is my opinion of Mr. Cook and his company: <br /> <br />- He provided a prompt response to my initial request through Service Magic; <br />- He was honest with his opinions and gave a good estimate over the phone; <br />- He was prompt, thorough, efficient, quick, and professional with his work; <br />- His final bill was right in line with his original estimate. <br /> <br />If I ever need any plumbing work again the I will not need to go through Service Magic because I will go directly to Mr. Cook.  I highly recommend him.
