Ed came out quickly, checked out the entire house, set traps and I was able to see results by the next day. We are still in the process but I'm confident that my little rodent problem will be gone.

One of the reasons I called E & K for a termite inspection was the great reviews he received here. The reviews are right, Ed was very professional, informative, always answered his phone. I had 3 estimates for tenting the house, spot treatment, and drilling holes into the ground for subterranean treatment. Ed worked with us on the pricing. In the end, Ed gave me the lowest bid. On top of that, he gave me 5% discount. I received quality work, with one year warranty. I would definitely hire E & K again.

They were great, the prices were very competitive, their warranty was the longest also. So far, I'm very much satisfied with their work, since I've not seen any more of those nasty bugs. Crossing fingers.

Very professional - Ed arrived on appointed time, provided us with a very competitive quote, did an excellent job in addressing our pest control problems (drywood termites, subterranean termites and ants), kept to his schedule and even returned to check and make sure we are happy with the results. Will definitely recommend his business to friends and relatives who ask. His work is over and above our expectations and more. Thanks, Ed. Ed came out right away and was very helpful with a very unusual pest problem. He not only identified the pest but fixed the underlying problem without me having to get another contractor for that part of the work.

He handled our bee problem perfectly and kept my family safe from 5000 bees looking for a new home. He even returned to remove the balance of the bees after the intial fogging.

He came out as promised to spray for ants and spiders. The spiders have reappeared in the downstairs bedroom : [ It was his plan to send me a quote by mail for termite treatment but it didn't arrive in the mail. I contacted him and asked about it and he said he had mailed it and would mail it again. After 2 more weeks I called to double check that he had my correct address. After giving it to him again, nothing was received in the mail 5 days later : [ I called and told him I would be looking for another source.
