Project: Install or Replace a Central Humidifier
Spoke to Erwin from E.D Heating and Cooling by phone. He gave estimates and specified how much time it would take for installation. He arrivied on time and after arriving , he explained in detailed how and where the humidifier will be installed - explained all places he has to make the cuts, and made sure that I understood all the aspects of work that is being performed. After getting a verbal approval from me, he started the work. Since this is my first whole house humidifer - and I had lots of questions. Erwin was very polite and patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.I am really happy with the work performed.

I replaced a furnace in the summer so have not tested in the winter, so I cannot rate Quality a 5, the furnace fan drives the air conditioning and the thermostat all work great. Train furnace is tops in cunsumer reports and the value was great. Work was done on time and finished the same day. Clean-up was complete they even sweeped the garage.

Erwin was awesome. Did great work. Provide tons of information for correct a/c unit to replace old one with and provide tips for maintenance. And best of all, gave me the best quote around. Will definately use again in the future for all service needs.

Erwin was very professional and did a superb job replacing my A/C unit quickly when it failed during one of the hottest weeks of the year. He was very detail oriented throughout and remained on site late into the evening to make sure the job was completed correctly the first time. Any request I made was greeted with an "I can do that" response, and he made sure I was satisfied with the job he did before departing. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I have had using a contractor to get work done on my home. I strongly recommend using E. D. Heating and Cooling for any project.

He did a great job at a reasonable price. He's courteous and very knowledgeable about H & Cooling appliances. Above all and most important, he was easily available/ accessible via his cell phone to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any H & Cooling project.

Replaced old worn out central a/c system with new system on the hottest day of the year!! Arrived as scheduled, performed work efficiently, workmanship was excellent, answered all questions, and removed all old equipment with thorough cleanup. I consider the work good vaue for the money with thier proposal being lowest of those obtained. the new system is working fine.
