They preach about their checklist and the check list wasn't followed here. 1/2 of the services were not complete. Keith (owner) claimed there was 3 employees at location, there was only 2. Quality of service was sub-par. I would never use Eco-maids ever again because my house was not clean after the maids left the home. I was assured that multiple things were going to be taken care of and they were not. Keith never offered to fix the issue, just wanted me to pay him to come back out and finish the job. He said there's a cap on how long they will stay at the home, although when I talked to him he said he doesn't leave till its done, mine wasnt

I have had them out twice now, they've done a great job, I like them. Environmentally friendly cleaning products. I even took some of their brochures to work because I liked them so much. Great job.
