I had to have them come back and do some finish work on the trim. Also, the gutter cover was not what I wanted but I will wait to see how it works out. They were very cooperative and responsive to my concerns and questions.

Everything I ask had an answer. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about fixing roofs with on going problems. I have had a leaky roof for over 10yrs that I have had contractors there to fix it; they came up with every excuse in the book why it was still leaking. This is the first time the roof is finally fixed with no leaks and there have been quit a few storms with hard and windy rain. I was so happy with there work I am planning to have a lot more work done with Eby Exteriors,Inc .

Upfront about everything needed for the roof. During removal of old roof, found additional problems but took pictures to document the problem and got them to me to see. I now have a beautiful roof, nicest on the block, and no more leaks at a reasonable cost. Great job!

Overall nice job. Minor bit of difficulty getting the ridge vent to "look right" from the ground, probably due to the steep pitch. Some additional requested items like cleaning out the downspouts didn't happen. Other extras were fine, like installing a pair of shutters. -Thanks for that. Contractor claims to not leave nails lying around, well, there's just too many I guess, because there were more than a few in sight when they left. Let's just say they did a good job of trying not to have that happen. Very good job of avoiding damage to shrubs and other landscaping. Additional effort to protect low pitched porch roof by installing shingles with additional overlap and better quality materials under those shingles is greatly appreciated. Total cost was more than I wanted to pay, we thank Katrina and Iraq for increased costs of materials. Costs for the job were about $1000 more than last year's quote for similar work.
