we had an issue more with the window manufacturer than with Ed Byrnes Window company itself. The grids within 3 of our windows were not aligned or straight. Ed himself had to come out a few times just to replace the grids that were off. Overall great price, but we were not happy with the quality

Ed Byrne Window Company replaced eight windows on my sun porch. The new windows look great, work great, and really brought new life to an old, ugly porch! Their service was very professional. The windows took longer to come in that originally quoted to me. Overall, though, I am happy with their service and would recommend them highly.

Ed came out and quoted the job and after I decided to go with his company they ordered the door and about two weeks after it was installed. The installer (Steve) was great, he is an excelent craftsman and a nice guy! Everything was done from the basic door installation to installing the door handle and dead bolt, installing a door bell, and fixing the flashing under the door. I'm very happy with EB Window & Door and will go back to them when I do my windows.

After getting an outrageously high quote from a national window company, I decided to look for a local contractor. I was very pleased to receive a reasonable quote for my windows and with the overall service provided. Ed and Kathy were very easy to work with and the installers were friendly and efficient, finishing my project in a short amount of time and did a great job of clean up!
