Insisted on my house being clean but had to reclean after they left. Terrible customer service. They used my mop and then took it and they have not returned it.

This lady is a problem person. When I went there she complained about prior cleaning Company took her picture. When I visited the place was dust all over yet it was just clean. We cleaned it and she complained about the work. I went back and redo it and she still complains. I thing she is looking for free cleaning because she is never satisfied. The old mop was taken by mistake by my crew. I have enough mop and don't need to steal mop to do my business. Her dirty disposable mop was returned on the 7th to her door which she claimed she did not see, however she lived in a gated community and I don't see why someone would remov it. She Got $150
