Derek is very professional, organized & reliable. He was very attentive to my needs & offered great advice on the various styles & manufacturers I could choose from. He does not pressure you into going one way or the other, and makes sure you are educated about the quality of the product that you choose. The blinds came in the anticipated 2 weeks, and Derek installed them quickly. He saved the skylight covering for last, and was careful to test it out and make adjustments, as needed. I was planning on taking care of the garbage/recycling the packaging, but he took all of the debris with him. Derek has a good eye for details.

I could not have asked for a better resolutiuon to my blind stringing problem. Mick Eberhart was quick, professional, courteous and reasonable. I have his brother coming out to give us a quote for sun screening behind the blinds in case we ever see the sun again.

They did a great job in repair our wooden blind. Arrived on time, had the parts with him & repaired the blind, saving us the expense of having to buy another blind to repair the broken one, Price was very fair for the repair.
