They were fast in calling. They were late and didn't bother in calling and letting us know why. The were fast in tackeling and taking care of the problem.

They were very professional. They helped me understand the current situation with our (HOA Board) lease agreement with the existing company. Unfortunately, we were not able to hire E2 at the time being because of our contractual agreements. However, their professionalims & knowledge of the industry would give me the confidence to hire them for future contracts.

Would you recommend E2 Smart Security to a friend or colleague? The reason I stated No because I just entered into a business relationship with them. Consequently I prefer to work with them over an extended period of time before I would recommend any business to a friend or colleague...that's how you keep your friends and colleagues. I gave them an overall rating of 3 stars because spinning up to establish myself as a customer with them didn't go a smoothly as I would've liked but I hired them anyway. I hired them because they were very sincere and creditable about there knowledge in the area of Home Security.
