I was very pleased with Dynamic Carpet Care's service. My only complaint was that one of the guys was wearing a Red Sox hat in my house. Not cool.

Results unsatisfactory. No effort on part of vendor to make it right - accepted no responsibility, only offered excuses.

Started out late. I had an upholstered sofa and large stool cleaned. They left a few puddles of very dirty water behind on my cork floor. Two of them were underneath the sofa, so I had to move it out to clean under. They moved an end table and lamp and did not return them to their proper places. When they cleaned the hassock, the skirt's pleats were left wrinkled and messed up. Fortunately I found them before they dried that way....I had to press them and pin them in place while they dried. Was told several times that the drying time would be 2 hours. Sofa took 4, cushions for sofa took 8 and hassock took 14 hours.

We pride ourselves on customer care and giving the best experience possible.We wiped the floors several times and its possible to miss a spot of water sometimes.As far as moving items,we would have been glad to put it back in its correct position.Sometimes certain Fabrics take longer to dry.We would be glad to offer $25OFF any of services in the future for your inconvenience.
