We had really old floors and am sure it was a lot of work. However the color of floor had dark and light patches-- would have preferred a more consistent tone across the entire floor.

Dylan was excellent! He scheduled the estimate for just two days after I first called him about getting our steps refinished. His price was reasonable and completed the job as scheduled. Furthermore the steps look great. People who have come over our house since the steps were refinished thinks they look like new steps.

Dylan Hardwood floors did a very nice job with my floors and were very reasonable in terms of pricing. I fully intend to use them in the future. The only reason they were not 5's across the board is due to there lack of clean up. I had to call them back to get stuff and they still left things I had to dispose of myself. Other than that, I would have to say the expereince was pleasant.

Arrived on time...finished very quickly....a touch messy but they remedied the situation immediately....Dylan and Matt were great to work with....good price.... :)
