Diane was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and throughout the process. The price was very competive. The carpentry and time to completion were excellent. The team was very clean and picked up after themselves daily. The only item that was not excellent was the painting. The painting was spotty in places, so that aspect requires more attention to detail. But the team touched it up as requested. The basement looks awesome and we are very pleased with the final outcome.

Working with DuPage Contractors was a wonderful experience. We had them work on our basement and we are more than happy with it. Out of all the people we interviewed they had more suggestions that improved our basement, and had a very fair price. We will use them for any house projects moving forward.

Did not had a good experience, the first week it was great and then from the second week onwards things started turning worse, there was no one person to whom i can talk on site if there are any issue (there were a lot of them) because every 2nd day there were new guys showing up at my door. One of the wall in my basement is not in a straight line they screwed that up. They were careless enough to leave sump-pump switch off & it caused my basement flooded on the next rain, Imagine I just got my basement done and now its flooded.I told them that why the basement got flooded but they didnt even bother to reply.I would not recommend them at all.

Please know that this client is not telling the entire story. We had completed his project and he was happy with it. Two months later he had a flood, because he had not turned on his system. We can not be responsible to know if the home owner turned his system on or off once we leave. When he called us to let us know about the flood, we were out at his home 2 hours after his call. Because we would not agree to repair the damage for $500, he is now unhappy. There was a supervisor onsite daily for his project...he was at work. We also communicated via email daily. We are not aware of any walls being straight,we use lasers.

We are very happy with their work. Over all just very satisfied. They met with us, gave us ideas for the job. They were very efficiently, were reliable, very dependable. All in all very pleased.
