Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Very poor communication between franchise owner, project leader and workers......mistake made with chair rail...KTU had to replace but to move original, which was incorrectly 1) painted 2) reinstalled in wrong place, would have cost me more money. I had requested an estimate on further work to be done at later time; was told project mgr would do.....heard nothing. All people associated with KTU were pleasant, respectful and diligent in clean-up.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We were very pleased with the professionalism and experience from Kitchen Tuneup. They did a major remodel of our kitchen and it turned out just beautiful and functional. We can't say enough about there contractors, they were accomadating, knowledgeable, paid attention to details, and cleaned up areas before leaving each day.

Project: Install Cabinets
They refinished the kitchen cabinets so they look like new. Crown moulding was also addedto the top which improved the appearance greatly. We also had them refinish the foyer floors beautifully. The only problem is some of the moulding was not attached right and is now loose. I noticed they put our kitchen in they're example book so they must have liked the finish look also.

They were very easy to work with and did everything possible to please us. Their help was very professional and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up each day. We will use them again in the future.
