My water heater was on the fritz. I submitted a request via servicemagic on a Monday morning. Ken Dunn called me back within a half hour. Was at my house inside of 2 hours, and replaced my water heater same day with time to spare. Ken was timely, professional, and honest. I would recommend Ken to anyone. NB

Dunn's Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations. Mr. Dunn contacted me regarding my request, had me explain what I needed, and arranged for an on-site review/estimate. With the estimate, he detailed exactly what needed to be done as well as a time-frame for completion. As a novice home owner, I appreciated the additional time that he took to explain and ensure that I understood the process. The install was set. Mr. Dunn arrived as scheduled, and completed the project within specifications. I absolutely adore my new tub. I highly recommend Dunn’s Plumbing and Heating and plan to use this company in the future for my plumbing projects.
