Expensive for cleaning out dryer vent which I was advised was not that bad--job took all of 10min. and charged $125.00. I was advised prior to work being done with an honest assesment by Ductz and agreed to have it done and assumed job would be more involved for cost quoted. Overall , very pleased with honest assessment of whether H/AC vents needed to be cleaned and was advised they did not need any work. Price charged was less than other companies in area but still surprised.

they were on time and explained the process before hand. i had an opportunity to photograph the interior of the ducts before and after, what a differences. my duct system was heavily coated with 59yrs of dust and debris. they removed it all. Great Job Guys. Thanks.

On time. Clean and professional looking. Considerate of my house, applied footies to shoes so as not to track on my off white carpet. Organized. Did exactly what they said they were going to do. My house was in bettter shape when they left than before they came. Wish I had contacted Service Magic before I did my other small projects in my house. Will be using Service Magic in the future and if ever have a Duct problem will surely only call one number and that will be Ductz of South Charlotte.

I was disappointed with the work when I went into my crawlspace and found the opening they had cut in the duct work had worked loose and the crawlspace was being heated with hot air from my furnance. I had to get duct tape and repair the area.

Robert was on time actually started project at 7am. Vents are loads cleaner and our AC actually works better now.
