I am a little late in getting this out for the service provided. Ductz came out the same day and provided excellent service. I had a concern about my heating system, nothing was wrong but they stayed and answered all my questions and concerns. I found them to be very knowledge and I would call them first for any job for the services they provide.

Technicins were excellent. Service was a little more pricey than most.

They did not bring their own vacuum cleaner, they needed to borrow ours. They didn't get some sand where the swamp cooler is located. Other than that good job.

They missed my first appointment (no call or anything), but promptly rescheduled. They then said they would throw in the dryer vent cleaning for free due to the missed appointment - but this was already agreed upon in the beginning. Despite the lack of communication, they did a thorough job and I'm happy with the service.

This company does everything it says it will. They were prompt, courteous, professional and answered any questions you had. They were thorough in telling you everything to expect in advance. They meticulously cleaned all vents and were sure to take a couple of passes to ensure all clean up was completed. They set down plastic protectors for your wall angles and tarps on furniture where needed. My only suggestion would be that the company at the time of contracting, should advise the customer to arrange for care outside the home for small pets. There was no place for my cat to be and became overheated as the A/C had to be turned off.
