When Carlton came out he was very thorough in his explanation of what work would be done, how it would be done and approximately how long it would take. He gave me an estimate and let me take advantage of a coupon from their website and well as a discount on cleaning the dryer vent. Aaron and Jerry were very professional. I was impressed by their Personal Protective Equipment. I was also impressed that they had a camera to show before and after pictures of the ducts. They did a great job getting my dryer duct clean and hooked up correctly. The work took about the 5 hours that Carlton said it would
