Great service, great price, and completely satisfied.

The job was completed in one day as promised. However, the giant dumpster stayed in my driveway for one week. This was a huge inconvenience and it took my persistence in calling Drytec to finally have it removed. They tried to make excuses that it was not their fault but that of a third party that drops off and picks up the dumpster. The problem started from my project being delayed one day for rain and another because they prioritized another job over mine. After my persistent communications with Drytech, they finally offered a gift card in a way of saying sorry. The roof does look good. I just wish they would work on their PR a bit.

Noel, thank you for your business. We would just like to comment that it was only with your permission that the other home was moved forward due to severe leaking; you saw no problems with this. The schedule could have easily remained the same without this change. While the dumpster was scheduled for a Friday pick up; it was unknown to us that the pickup was missed which left us calling first thing Monday to ensure it was gone that very same day (no weekend pickups available)...which did extend this out to a week and it does pose an inconvenience if this happens on a Friday . We sincerely apologize and hope you enjoy the gift card sent.

Roof looks great. they did leave my old sat. dish on the roof, but called the company up and it was removed quickly, same day as the roof install.
