He was willing to accomodate my work schedule and give me an appointment later than his usual time. In spite of the fact that he arrived a little late and the project was more involved than first thought, he was able to complete the project the same day. He also made some good recommendations and implemented changes to prevent the same problem in the future. He was very pro-active and professional.

Expensive, with lots of proposed add on costs. However, did have the right tools to do the job, without damaging the dryer or wood floors.

I will always advise the customer of additional items to optimize the dryer system and/or bring up to code. Once appraised, the customer has the option to accept or decline.

I was amazed at how much lint was in my dryer in places I had not known to look. The service representative was patient with me when I could not commit for several weeks due to having the flu. He did a great job and made me feel safe again about using my dryer. There is some kind of follow up in a year and I am hoping to find how much actual lint has accumulated in that time.

Mike was friendly, on-time, very detailed in explaining what the concerns were and what work was needed to get the job done. Even though the pricing was a little higher than the other bid, I had no hesitation in having him complete the work. Also cleaned up after completing the work. I am very happy with the work. THANKS.
